Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Valet Trash Service Collectors. As a Valet Trash Service Collector, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash from residential properties in a timely and professional manner. 

• Collect trash from designated pickup locations within assigned residential communities according to established schedules.

• Transport collected trash to designated disposal areas or dumpsters using provided equipment (e.g., bins, carts).

• Ensure all trash is properly sorted and disposed of in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of collection areas during and after trash pickup.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries or concerns courteously and professionally.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Schedule

• Typically work 5 days a week

• Shifts are normally between 2-4 hours long

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.

• Ability to walk the distance of the property assigned.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.

• Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps throughout the assigned property.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
